THE PRODUCT IS NOT an insert transaction.
THE PRODUCT IS continuity.

OUR CORE PRINCIPLE

Humanized
as a Service.

Advanced technology operating quietly in the background, so every person receives a simpler experience and a product designed around their real life.

The technology is our responsibility.
The healthy days are the client’s.
THE CLIENT EXPERIENCE We know you. We are paying attention.
We built this for you. We will stay with you.
01 / BACKGROUND

Technology stays behind the experience.

The client should never have to operate our AI, manage our infrastructure or understand our manufacturing stack.

02 / RESULTS

The client receives the result.

A trusted message, a simple check-in, clear human communication and a product built for their actual needs.

03 / INDIVIDUAL

Built around the person.

Both feet, footwear, anatomy, activity, lived experience and change over time shape the product—not a generic catalog.

04 / HUMAN AUTHORITY

People retain judgment.

Technology organizes evidence and supports the work. Qualified humans review, decide, communicate and approve.

05 / LOCAL

Data stays purposeful and local.

Client records live on infrastructure we operate. Information is used only to support the client and the service.

06 / CONTINUITY

Delivery begins the relationship.

We continue listening, monitoring and learning after the product goes into service.

07 / MISSION

Maximize healthy days.

Every capture, review, design decision, adjustment and refresh must serve this purpose.

Technology handles complexity. People provide judgment and care. The client receives the result.

Technology is the crew.
The person is the destination.

THE OPERATING LOOP

The insert is the beginning.

FootLabOS is designed around what happens between visits: wearing the device, watching both feet, collecting feedback, surfacing meaningful changes for human review and improving the system over time.

01 / BASELINE

Know where we started.

Both feet. Four-photo capture. Shoe context. Initial monitoring plan.

  • Trusted originals
  • SHA-256 integrity
  • Foot baseline
02 / BUILD

Build the bilateral system.

Geometry, shoe fit, materials, accommodation, manufacturing and version lineage.

  • Right + left together
  • Asymmetric by need
  • Traceable manufacturing
04 / REFRESH

Update from evidence.

Feet change. Shoes change. Loading changes. The next version learns from the last.

  • Refresh
  • Revision
  • Re-baseline

AFTER DELIVERY

A living feedback loop.

Delivery does not close the case. Delivery starts the in-service relationship.

IN-SERVICE PROTOCOL

Monitoring changes with the moment.

A new device deserves more attention than an established one. FootLabOS changes the cadence as the client moves from baseline through first wear and into established use.

BASELINE Daily

Build the longitudinal starting point before design decisions depend on a stale snapshot.

FIRST WEAR High attention

Device, shoe, skin, comfort and client feedback are watched together as the insert enters real life.

ESTABLISHED Weekly

Lower-friction continuity while preserving the ability to tighten cadence when something meaningfully changes.

CHANGE Re-baseline

New shoe. New device. Structural change. New pressure pattern. Significant change means the system deserves another look.

DOCTRINE At-risk feet come as a pair.
RULE Bilateral by design.
Asymmetric by need.
WHY One side can change how the whole system loads.

BILATERAL SYSTEM THINKING

Don't engineer “the bad foot.” Engineer the system.

One foot having the active problem does not make the opposite foot irrelevant. Both feet participate in the same standing, walking, footwear and load-transfer system.

01

Capture and monitor both feet.

02

Assess geometry and shoe fit bilaterally.

03

Inserts can be different while still functioning as one coordinated system.

04

Meaningful structural, shoe, device or loading changes trigger review and possible re-baseline.

THE APPLIANCE

The device is part of the service.

FootLabOS delivers personalized bilateral inserts designed for real-world wear, monitored over time and improved through feedback, follow-through and refresh.

We do not think in terms of “just the bad foot.” We think in terms of a bilateral system: both feet, the shoes, the device, the client experience and what happens after delivery.

Bilateral by design right and left engineered as one system
Asymmetric by need each side can be built differently when required
Monitored in service adjustments and refresh informed by real evidence

THE APPLIANCE

The device is part of the service.

Personalized bilateral inserts built for real-world use, then monitored after delivery through FootLabOS.

We do not build around only “the bad foot.” We treat the right foot, left foot, footwear, loading, device and client experience as one connected system.

Bilateral by design Right and left are considered together from baseline through in-service monitoring.
Asymmetric by need Each side can use different geometry, accommodation, materials or offloading strategy.
Built for iteration Wear feedback and longitudinal evidence can inform adjustments, revisions and refreshes.
Part of a monitored system Delivery is the beginning of the in-service loop, not the end of the transaction.

WHY THIS EXISTS

FOUNDER / LIVED EXPERIENCE

Built from living the gap between a device and real life.

FootLabOS did not start as a software exercise. It came from living through bilateral foot risk, repeated procedures, ulcers, amputations, changing structure and changing load — while seeing how much of the real work happens outside the exam room.

“The device cannot be the end of the conversation. The real work starts when the client goes home and wears it.”

The mission is not to replace the care team. It is to build the support system around the person: simple check-ins, longitudinal evidence, manufacturing, follow-through and a better feedback loop between visits.

WE OWN THE RACKS

Local is the architecture.

The client's longitudinal FootLab record lives on provider-operated infrastructure. Outside communication services are replaceable pipes — not the system of record.

CLIENT Phone SMS / email / browser
FOOTOS EDGE Secure capture token • validation • staging • hashes
LOCAL POSTGRES Operational truth events • status • ingest state
DEFENDABLE Trusted ingest verification • receipts • chain of custody
SYNOLOGY NAS Client Vault durable longitudinal record
LOCAL COMPUTE FootLabOS intelligence review • comparison • reports • manufacturing
No app required The browser is enough.
No client cloud account Participation stays simple.
Originals stay originals Derived media remains separate.
Cloud is replaceable Messaging is transport, not authority.

BLOCKZERO / PROVEN LOOP

This is not a slide deck.

The first complete FootLabOS capture has already moved through the local stack end to end: secure link, four originals, integrity hashes, trusted ingest, local Client Vault and Flight Sheet.

01 Secure link opaque token / no standing password
02 4 originals bilateral capture package
03 Verify type / bytes / SHA-256 / manifest
04 Trusted ingest provider-operated node
05 Client Vault local Synology NAS
06 Flight Sheet longitudinal operating record

INGEST LOCAL
CLIENT RECORD DURABLE

CLIENT VAULT

The record compounds.

The moat is not a single printed insert. It is longitudinal evidence, device lineage, shoe history, adjustments and follow-through.

HUMAN IN THE LOOP

FootLabOS is not the doctor.

FootLabOS organizes evidence, supports monitoring, manufactures devices and surfaces meaningful changes for human review.

Diagnosis and treatment decisions belong to the licensed care team.

Care team clinical judgment • diagnosis • treatment • escalation

15-DAY FLO PROFILE BUILDER

Start with trust.

Every foot is different. Before paid service begins, we build the timeline, identify the client’s actual needs and confirm what OpenFootLab can responsibly build and support.

NO CHARGE / NO CARD REQUIRED
$0 / first 15 days

Build the baseline first.

  • Name, mobile number and email to begin
  • No app or standing password
  • Secure FLO Time check-ins
  • Guided bilateral foot photos
  • Local longitudinal Foot Profile
  • Human-supported review and follow-through
WHY 15 DAYS A timeline shows more than a single snapshot.
WHAT WE LEARN The client’s feet, shoes, daily context, service needs and what we can responsibly build.
PAYMENT PROMISE No card on file. No automatic billing. No surprise conversion.
AFTER DAY 15 We show the client what we built, explain the options and continue only through an informed decision.
CARE TEAM The client may share the baseline with their care team through an approved consent workflow.

We do not charge first and figure it out later. We build the baseline, close the loose ends and earn the relationship. When continued service makes sense and the client chooses it, FLO sends a secure Stripe payment link for that service period.

THE CLIENT CONTRACT

We absorb the complexity.

The client should not need to understand our stack. They need a phone, a trusted message and about one minute.

No app because we want an app. No dashboard because we can build one. No extra forms because structured data is easier for us.

Never make the client do work because it makes our backend easier.

THE WHITEBOARD

Rules we don't compromise.

This board grows as FootLabOS grows.

CLIENT EXPERIENCE Never make the client do work because it makes our backend easier.
DATA Local first. Client records live on infrastructure we operate.
DEVICE The real work starts when the insert goes in service.
BILATERAL At-risk feet come as a pair.
CARE TEAM Technology supports the human team. It does not replace it.
FOLLOW-THROUGH Capture → review → adjust → refresh → repeat.
INFRASTRUCTURE We own the racks. Outside providers are replaceable.
MISSION Maximize healthy days.
